Carlos is a Chilean lawyer, graduated in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, who obtained in 2020 a Master’s Degree in Public Law from the University of Barcelona. In addition, in 2021 he studied a Postgraduate in Data Protection and Information Security from the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

He has more than 5 years of experience in the practice of law and in the development of different types of projects. Carlos has worked in a prestigious law firm in Santiago, Chile and in collaboration with Chilean and Spanish companies.
