Webinar: Antibody Patenting in Latin-America

On Tuesday June 30th, 2020 – 12.30pm EST (New York) / 6.30pm CEST (Paris) we hosted a Webinar on Antibody Patenting in Latin-America with an experienced panel.

We tried to throw some light in the issue of the patentability of antibodies in Latin-America. We reviewed how this topic is approached in the legislation of the main countries of this region and focused our analysis on the jurisdictions of our panelists: Brazil, Chile and Mexico.
